Purchase Process and Shipping Info

  1. Click Shop Pups and select the breed and/or category for which you are looking for. 
  2. Call 1-888-743-0325 or Text Us on Live Chat to confirm Availability of the puppy you are interested in.
  3. Once we speak to you we can inform you of our shipping options and how soon a puppy will be ready for shipping and go over the different options for you to select from.
  4. All purchases can be made directly on the website for our puppies. You may select shipping options that works best for you as well during checkout. We are a VERIFIED Shopify business and accept all major credit cards for purchase with the exception of AMERICAN EXPRESS. 
  5. Once you have completed your purchase on our website you will receive a confirmation email with 4 steps to follow if applicable to your purchase. Those 4 steps including documents, contracts and insurance responsibilities required for purchase. Once all the paperwork is completed and we have received it back the shipping arrangements will be made. On your confirmation email there are links provided to our Shopping List and Teacup Puppy Care
  6. instructions which should be read over entirely to understand about the unique needs for your puppy. These steps MUST BE COMPLETED within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping scheduling or arrangements will NOT be made until the documentation required is completed. After completion of all documents we will follow up with a Recap email of all discussed prior/during to purchase and there you may add your request or comments. We like all communication to be put in writing on a recap email so there is are no misinterpretations of any agreements made at the time of sale.
  7. We offer puppies from two different destinations In South Korea and Mexico as that is where our breeding programs are located. Shipping from these destinations vary in cost. We do offer FREE shipping from Mexico pups to Mexico. Our nanny shipping rate is available for $850 for all pups from Mexico to clients in USA. Pups from Korea rates vary from $500 to $1500 depending on which option you select. Below you will find more about shipping options. 
  8. We will begin setting up shipping for you. You have two separate options for shipping:

A. Shipping via puppy nanny service. Your puppy will come into our port and then be forwarded to you with a 3rd party nanny service. This options is $1500 plus the cost of your puppy. This requires patience and flexible scheduling as the nanny's do fly standby and not a on paid ticket so changes, cancellations, delays are always possible. The nanny will reach out to you 3-4 days typically before a puppy is booked to go to your local airport with a schedule and place to meet. Boutique Teacup Puppies does not book your shipping as its provided by the nanny service and they will be the ones who reach out to you directly via text/email to confirm your availability to meet them on designated date. 

B. Shipping via cargo service from out breeder. We offer cargo shipping if the puppy is over a required age and size as pups estimating under 2 lbs are NOT available for cargo service and are REQUIRED for nanny only. Cargo service is $500 in addition to the puppy's cost and can be selected as an option at checkout. Cargo service wait can be up to 8 weeks depending on the age of the puppy purchased if the puppy is coming from South Korea. We submit your information to the airlines and usually they send us an Airway Bill number and schedule within 48 hours. We send a confirmation email to you with your shipping information and phone number to call to VERIFY you will be there to pick up your puppy. Verifications MUST BE COMPLETED at least 3 business days prior to departure ( not including weekends ). If you fail to verify a puppy's flight there is a fine subject to $250 for us to rebook your flight and redo your required documents to rebook. We can ship to these cities Dulles Airport, Dallas, Las Vegas, LAX, Chicago, JFK, Miami, Atlanta, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver Canada and Toronto Canada. If you cannot pick up at any of these airports do not choose this shipping option.

C. Puppies from Mexico are required to always travel with a nanny as we do not offer cargo service from Mexico and the rate is $850 for shipping. 

D. We do offer free shipping to clients in Mexico from our breeding program in Mexico. This does not apply to Korean puppies as the rate is $1800 to ship a puppy with nanny to Mexico.  You do have the option of going to USA for shipping rate $500 to select cities if you do not want to pay our fee for nanny to Mexico but, there will be a 4-8 week wait for shipping cargo. 

   9. After a puppy reaches its home we require a follow up email review/testimonial of how they are doing. We like feedback on your process. We have a client gallery on our website to upload pics of your baby in their new home. You may follow up with any care questions or concerns about your puppy. 

10. We offer amazing payouts for up to 1 year after your purchase for any NON-RELATED Hypoglycemia illnesses as well for the first year and a replacement warranty as well. Refund and Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your puppy has developed a life threatening, untreatable defect prior to delivery. All payments for change of heart decisions will NOT be refunded for any reason. We will issue you a letter of credit minus $500 for our re-listing/holding fee for taking the puppy off the market to other available clients. We take deposits very seriously and we think you should too when making the decision to purchase a puppy. 

Weight/Puppy Development Policy

We want to express that these are puppies that we are offering and just like with anything the puppy can grow and change in development. We DO NOT guarantee adult weight on any puppy sold from our website as its impossible to know exactly how the puppy will develop as genetics plays a role in the development of a puppy's growth rate. We use a universal weight chart to determine weight as will be glad to give you the chart so that you may measure the weight as well. The only way to know the dogs weight is to purchase a puppy over the age of 8 months as that is usually when the growing/weight phase is complete. Also, puppies can change in development in coat, color, length and face as several breeds to change from puppyhood to adult. Its a natural occurrence for growth to cause changes in looks. We do not cancel sales or refund payment due to these changes. Buying a puppy is always a gamble to know how they will develop as even for experienced breeders who wish to keep back puppies for their breeding program and why sometimes you find older pups available on our site because they didn't turn out the way we had hoped or they were too small for breeding.
It is important to keep in perspective you are purchasing a puppy and not an item that will always stay the same and never change because thats not factual or reality. We are probably the only business that sells teacups that will be honest about these facts or that will give the actual birthdate of puppies and not falsely advertise them to make them appear smaller. If you notice our videos with showing them on the scale so you can see their weights and we can update that anytime via request usually within 24/48 hours for you. A good rule of thumb to determine age is the coat length and you can reference other photos on google searches to get a general idea of where they should be at 3 months versus 6-8 weeks to give you a factual weight.
Teeth Development in teacups is also delayed and vets sometimes who are NOT experienced that teacup dogs and puppies with shorter muzzles have more compacted teeth which tend to not fall out at 4-6 months like most larger breeds. Its important to find someone who is familiar with toy and teacup breeds as these puppies to develop a little slower compared to a large breed. Teacup dogs teeth usually erupts at 6-9 months and sometimes does require vets assistance to fully fall out due to their compact tiny mouths. Teacups are not sizes that you can recognize age on because of their slower development and why experience means a lot when judging age. Coat will be a determining factor if the puppy's hair has not been cut.
 

Insurance Policy

We do require that you purchase a health insurance plan from Nationwide for your puppy and to keep it valid and in effect for the first year of the puppy's life if you do want the extra warranty coverage provided by us to cover your puppy. Please view the Warranty Page for more information regarding our coverage, payouts and replacement warranty. You may decide to opt out of this coverage and if so the puppy will be sold as it without warranty or guarantees from us. We require this to safeguard our pups and to be sure their medical care is priority and covered without huge expenses to you and it is one of the biggest worries of adopting a new puppy. The policy leaves you worry free of expensive vet expenses. Also, its just an important factor for safe guarding your puppy. You are investing in the pups future and wellbeing.
