The designer dog dress is handmade out of cotton fabric. It has cotton lining on the top. Skirt decorated with a satin ribbon and a lining skirt so the dress has nice shape and fullness. Velcro closures at neck and girth. D-ring for easy leash attachment. Made in Europe.
